1. Scope
Le Méridien Residences Da Nang is the first residential project under the Le Méridien brand in Da Nang and Asia, featuring international-class management services from Marriott.
2. Waterproofing work by Visco
2.1. Rooftop waterproofing
Visco applies polyurethane (PU) waterproofing membrane techniques for the rooftop. The PU membrane has excellent water resistance, high durability, and great flexibility, protecting the rooftop from harsh weather conditions such as rain, sunlight, and UV radiation. The construction process includes surface preparation, installation of a base layer, application of the PU membrane, and quality inspection to ensure effectiveness and long-lasting durability.
2.2. Basement floor waterproofing
For the basement floor, Visco uses hdpe (High-Density Polyethylene) waterproofing membrane. The HDPE membrane is resistant to groundwater pressure and chemicals, making it ideal for the humid environment of the basement. The construction process includes cleaning the surface, installing a protective layer, and applying the HDPE membrane, with joints securely welded to prevent leaks. The result is a dry and safe basement floor.
2.3. Basement wall waterproofing
To protect the basement walls from moisture, Visco applies polymer-modified cement waterproofing techniques. This solution provides superior waterproofing capability and good adhesion to the wall surface. The construction process begins with thorough surface preparation, followed by the application of a primer and the polymer-modified cement waterproofing layer. This creates an effective protective layer that prevents water intrusion.
