Return and Refund policy

The first step in ensuring the interests of customers shopping at the VISCOVIETNAM.COM.VN store system is detailed information about the regulations on the Return Policy. Please refer to the terms below to better understand your rights when you need to make a product return.

1. Cases in which products can be returned:

- The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer.

- The shipment is damaged during transportation.

- The product delivered does not match the model and type ordered.

- Product delivered without accessories.

If any of the above conditions are found, please refuse to receive the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm on the spot to proceed with the exchange. In case it is not possible to do this, customers need to immediately notify us of the defective condition to us within 3 days of receiving the goods for free exchange support.

2. General terms of return and exchange:

- The product can be exchanged immediately with a new product of the same type within 7 days from the date of purchase, if in the cases of return.

- For products sold after 7 days, we will apply the standard warranty process of the manufacturer.

- Our technical department will determine the technical defect of the product if any.

- Products must have full packaging, labels and retail receipts from the store.

- Time to exchange products does not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of goods (depending on the invoice or receipt signed by the sender).

- Some products may not apply return conditions as above. Please find out specific information about the term and method of return before purchasing the product.

Refund Policy

1. Return fee: VISCOVIETNAM.COM.VN will refund the entire cost if the problem comes from the company.

2. Refund form: The customer will receive a new replacement product. In the event that there is no replacement product, we are committed to refund 100% of the fee paid via bank transfer or cash. Refunds are expected within 10 business days.

Return conditions

Buyer agrees may only request return and refund in the following cases:

- The customer has paid but has not received the goods.

- The product is defective or damaged in transit.

- SK-Sumo delivered the wrong product to the customer.

- This case does not apply when customers change their mind to buy.

Returns and refunds

We will refund after receiving the returned product from the buyer. In the event that there is no response from the customer within the specified time period, we will automatically issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the credit card or bank account specified by the customer, depending on the situation.

Note: For COD orders, customers need to provide bank account information to get refund.

Customer agrees to indemnify and not claim, sue or cause damage to VISCOVIETNAM.COM.VN in connection with any of our actions under this Return and Refund Policy.
